A partir de ce moment, Sylvain multiplie les rencontres et enregistre en France comme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. \u00ab&nbsp;Piaia&nbsp;\u00bb , son premier album, sort en 1993, suivra l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019apr\u00e8s \u00ab&nbsp;Petits d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;\u00bb en duo avec son ami de longue date Louis Winsberg. \u00abAmeskeri\u00bb, duo tout en douceur, avec St\u00e9phane Belmondo sort en 1999. En 2000, il enregistre l\u2019album \u00ab&nbsp;Duet&nbsp;\u00bb avec Bireli Lagr\u00e8ne, qui se vendra en un temps record \u00e0 plus de 70000 exemplaires. \u00ab&nbsp;Summertime&nbsp;\u00bb paru en 2009\u2026 prend le m\u00eame chemin. En compagnie d\u2019Andr\u00e9 Ceccarelli et de Jean-Marc Jafet, ils fondent le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Trio SUD et enregistrent leur premier album en 2000. Le groupe obtient la \u00ab&nbsp;Victoire de la Musique Jazz&nbsp;\u00bb en tant que formation de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2003, suite \u00e0 la sortie de leur second album \u00ab&nbsp;Sylvain Luc Trio Sud&nbsp;\u00bb en 2002. Suivra un autre opus, \u00ab&nbsp;Young and Fine&nbsp;\u00bb en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2008. En 2000, sortent \u00e9galement deux autres albums. \u00ab&nbsp;Nahia&nbsp;\u00bb avec ses fr\u00e8res, G\u00e9rard et Serge, et \u00ab&nbsp;Piaia Naia&nbsp;\u00bb avec le talentueux Francis Lassus. Janvier 2007, il est convi\u00e9 pour repr\u00e9senter la France aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Didier Lockwood et Richard Galliano par l\u2019IAJE de New York (International Agency for Education of Jazz). Sur cette note, Sylvain encha\u00eene une s\u00e9rie de concerts Solo d\u2019un mois et demi dans le cadre de l\u2019International Guitar Night (IGN) aux Etats-Unis et au Canada. En 2008, on le retrouve dans la formation \u00ab&nbsp;String Quartet&nbsp;\u00bb avec Didier Lockwood, Victor Bailey et Billy Cobham. Les m\u00e9lomanes pr\u00e9sents, ce soir-l\u00e0, auront eu la chance d\u2019entendre pour la premi\u00e8re fois quelques titres de son album \u00ab&nbsp;Organic&nbsp;\u00bb, sortie chez Dreyfus Jazz \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2011. Sylvain y est entour\u00e9 d\u2019Andr\u00e9 Ceccarelli et de Thierry Eliez. En 2013, il publie \u00ab&nbsp;Souvenirs d\u2019enfance&nbsp;\u00bb : petites digressions musicales autour des chansons de notre enfance o\u00f9 Sylvain nous fait red\u00e9couvrir la richesse musicale de ces comptines et cr\u00e9e avec intelligence un pont entre enfants et adultes.
